Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurora Montréal.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product under the following terms:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • In its original packaging


How to Return

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Contact us by email at: info@aurora-montreal.com

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return

  3. Wait for confirmation from us with return instructions

Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@aurora-montreal.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Final Notes

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused
